Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Creative Intern to help ideate concepts and content, visualize new store concepts, and assist in visual merchandising. You will learn design direction and collaborate with our Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers and Copywriters.

Eligible applicants must be undergrad juniors set to graduate in 2028 and be available for a funded, paid summer internship with an hourly range of $25.00–$33.00.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of graphic or icon design, illustrations, video editing.
• Enjoys collaboration among teams to create a final product.
• Passion for our brands.
• Ability to communicate new ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ideation of new concepts and content.
• Visualize future store concepts and merchandising.
• Learn to execute design direction with Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers and Copywriters.
• Support cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
