Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree pursuing in real estate, finance, economics, business, accounting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in CRE, investments, asset management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn, and interest in leveraging technology, data, and emerging AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, investment analyses, portfolio reporting, Excel models, and presentations.
• Conduct commercial real estate, capital markets, economic, industry, and investment research.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and organize data using internal systems and external research sources.
• Support portfolio monitoring by reviewing borrower, property, loan, or investment information and updating records.
• Contribute to materials for investment, portfolio management, capital markets, and other business meetings.
• Assist with investor reporting, presentations, case studies, requests for proposals, and business development initiatives.
• Support process improvement, data quality, reporting efficiency, technology, or AI projects.
• Collaborate across the Real Estate organization and present findings or recommendations at internship end.
