Job summary

Oshkosh Defense, LLC is offering a Summer 2027 internship in the contract administration group. You will support government contracts with the Army, Marine Corps, and international customers, assisting with pricing, scheduling, forecasting, and data requests.

The role requires a junior or higher standing student pursuing Business, Law, Accounting, or Finance, with willingness to relocate to Oshkosh, WI and work full-time during the summer.

Qualifications

• Student in a Junior standing or higher working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Summer internship; willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the full duration.
• Must be willing to work full-time during summer.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating reports and information for contract and management and ensure timely delivery.
• Review contracts for accuracy and track corrections/resolutions.
• Prepare data and correspondence as required by management or contract.
• Prepare Quotation Requests and proposals for gov't contracts.
• Research and disseminate contract information to company personnel.
• Review and interpret contract and acquisition regulation language for the team.
• Load and maintain CSOs in JDE.
