Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with graduation in 2027 or later.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontract administrators with negotiations, supplier selection, pricing, forecasts, and performance management.
• Learn how service pricing connects to project budgets, scope tasks, and financial decisions.
• Own selected service suppliers and manage pricing and scope with mentorship.
• Visit suppliers to assess capabilities, capacity, and quality systems.
• Ensure appropriate compliance documentation is on file and up to date.
• Coordinate scope changes, SOW amendments, and technical requirement updates.
• Assist with supplier communications on schedule changes, milestones, and reviews.
• Identify AI and digital tools to improve purchasing-team efficiency.
• Administer RFQs, collect quotations, and compare pricing and terms.
• Learn to issue purchase orders and subcontracts for services and validate invoices.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Economics, Logistics, or related field
