Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Participate in jobsite safety initiatives and learn industry best practices.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Support project managers, superintendents, and field teams in day-to-day operations.
• Observe subcontractor coordination and quality control processes.
• Gain exposure to preconstruction planning, estimating, and budgeting activities.
• Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Build relationships with mentors and industry professionals across the company.
