Meritage Homes invites a Construction Intern to immerse in the homebuilding process at one of our Huntsville, AL communities. This full-time, in-person summer internship provides exposure to strategy, cycle targets, budgets, and customer quality within Meritage’s energy-efficient homebuilding model.

You will learn from leaders, participate in cross-functional projects, and deliver real-world business recommendations, finishing with a written reflection or paper.

• Work with internal leaders to learn the homebuilding industry, Meritage model, and an assigned functional area.

• Translate classroom experience into practical internship applications.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with other interns and leaders around current business challenges.
• Present real-world business recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategy.
• Write a paper focusing on the internship experience or another assigned topic.
