Job summary

MoDOT's Northeast District Office in Hannibal, MO is seeking a communications intern to support publication development, website content, and outreach materials. You’ll produce photos and videos, write feature stories, and publish social content under guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or post-bachelor’s degree program full-time (12+ credit hours).
• 30 credit hours completed/accepted toward current degree program. Credits must be shown via transcript to apply.
• Maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.0 out of 4.0, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Takes photos and develops video productions of department activities.
• Develops website content, brochures, handouts, newsletters, and other publicity materials; designs and publishes written materials.
• Writes feature stories for department publications.
