Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates, featuring development workshops, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship under managers. Interns work on meaningful projects across tracks such as Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and more.

The program runs from June to August (up to 40 hours per week). Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• High School diploma required with proof of enrollment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/I activities, evaluate vendors and spend categories, and lead sourcing initiatives.
• Compile and report on supply chain spend analytics.
• Create and deliver a presentation upon internship completion.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and department priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy.
