Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. is hosting a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops across multiple tracks including Business Admin, IT, Analytics, Marketing and more.

Interns will be placed in either technical or non-technical areas and may attend workshops focusing on key business concepts. Housing is not provided as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Majors include Public Health, Health Education or Promotion, Exercise Science, Nutrition, Social Work, Health & Society or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Wellbeing Team to enhance resources for Commercial Customers.
• Support mentor and assist with strategic projects.
• Complete work assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Do a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across business projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy per policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.
• Perform other functions as assigned by management.
