Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students.

Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by their managers throughout the summer. Interns explore tracks across business, IT, analytics, HR, finance, marketing, and more, with up to 40 hours per week and housing not provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
• Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and on team projects.

Responsibilities

• Support interns on meaningful projects across assigned tracks.
• Work with a mentor and participate in development workshops.
• Prepare and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Engage in data reporting tasks and cross-divisional initiatives.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
