Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a paid 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed to give undergraduates and graduates a chance to work on meaningful projects. Interns will attend development workshops, be mentored by managers, and explore tracks across Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics, and more.

The internship runs up to 40 hours per week, from early June to late August, with case-by-case remote options and no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college degree program and available for a 10-week summer internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact across levels of staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work product.

Responsibilities

• Advance data reporting capabilities for Large and Small Group Sales.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
