Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship in IT-related fields, running May 26 through August 6, 2027. You’ll work on the Cloud Collaboration Tools team with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate, gaining hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and enterprise automation.

As a rising senior, you’ll receive mentorship, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities to grow personally and professionally within a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cloud Collaboration Tools team in implementing and supporting enterprise collaboration platforms like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user requests via the ticketing system and document solutions.
