Job summary

Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks a Videographer to shoot, edit, and produce weekly videos for the Conference Center, Kidder Creek, Redwood Camp and Ponderosa Lodge, aligning with MHA's mission and values.

You will work closely with site leadership and the Marketing team to tell authentic camp stories. The role requires hands-on filming, editing, inventory maintenance, and collaboration with staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• College experience required or preferred.
• Formal videography training is preferred, but not required.
• Current valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit and produce weekly videos for camps.
• Tag and catalog all video footage taken.
• Work on promotional video for summer program.
• Maintain inventory of video camera and editing equipment; report issues immediately.
• Support other on-staff photographers and videographers with equipment, photo/video coverage, ideas, critique, transportation, troubleshooting and shot planning.
• Attend all summer staff and department meetings and events.
• Actively engage and help build the summer staff community with your attitude, words, and actions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
