Job summary

Timber-Lee Ministries Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Videographer to capture daily camp life, produce weekly recaps, and film camper testimonials.

You will edit shorts for camp programs, collaborate with the media team, schedule shoots with department leaders, and participate in evening activities.

This live-in summer role requires a professing Christian, comfortable with Adobe Premiere, and a passion for youth and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Must be a professing Christian with a personal faith.
• Experience in video capture, editing, and production.
• Comfortable with Mac video software, especially Premiere.
• Ability to meet weekly deadlines and deliver on schedule.
• Interest in working with youth.
• Willingness to live in a camp environment.

Spend your summer behind the lens, capturing the energy, joy, and impact of camp. As a Videographer, you'll produce weekly recap videos, film camper testimonials, and create content that shows families and future campers what this place actually feels like.

What You'll Do

• Film daily camper life, activities, and testimonials for weekly highlight videos
• Edit and produce short videos for camp programs and special projects

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A professing Christian with a personal faith
• Demonstrated ability in video capture, editing, and production
• Comfortable with Mac video software, specifically Adobe Premiere
• Able to complete assigned tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness
• Able to work on a weekly deadline and deliver finished pieces on schedule
• Interest in working with youth
• Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to take part in camp activities to capture video and photos, including at the waterfront, ranch, and challenge course
• Able to carry camera gear for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions

Summer Schedule

• Staff Training: June 1 - June 12
• Camp Sessions: June 13 - August 7
