Job summary

Timber-Lee Ministries Inc. is seeking a Utility Staff member for a live-in summer role at our camp in Wisconsin. You will jump in wherever camp needs you—from dining hall to waterfront to ranch—and gain exposure to every department while helping with camper care.

The position offers housing and meals, on-site living, and the chance to impact lives this summer. Requires a professing Christian with a positive, adaptable attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist across all areas of camp, including the Camp Store, Dining Hall, Housekeeping, Gardening, Chapel, and Science Center.
• Support program activities, Rec events, and Waterfront stations.
• Provide cabin and village support and assist with camper care.
• Help with ranch grooming and animal feeding.
• Take camper photos for media.
• Fill gaps wherever they open up and bring energy, flexibility, and a servant's heart.
• Tackle whatever comes your way, since no two days are the same.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in hot and humid conditions for extended periods
• Able to stand and move for extended periods

Summer Schedule

• Staff Training: June 1 – June 12
• Camp Sessions: June 13 – August 7

Why This Role Matters
