Job summary

Morgan’s Wonderland Camp in Texas seeks a Logistics Coordinator/Camp Driver for the summer season. This role blends shuttle service with tour guidance, handling airport runs, supply deliveries, and staff errands.

You’ll work with the leadership team to arrange off-time activities and ensure safety and timely transportation for campers and staff. Responsibilities include operating camp vehicles, supervising passengers, maintaining safety protocols, and supporting logistics across activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record (background check)
• Ability to operate camp-approved vehicles including vans, pickups, SUVs
• Commitment to camp mission and safety policies
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to assess safety and respond to emergencies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate off-site transportation and airport runs with Camp Leadership
• Create seasonal staff off-time excursion schedules and supply runs
• Drive staff to hospitals/urgent care when needed
• Perform store runs, purchases, and receipts processing
• Load, unload, and secure items for transport
• Provide safety orientation to passengers and verify sign-out sheets
• Operate the Wonder Wagon trailer and assist boarding for campers
