Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential for guiding a team in a faith-centered camp environment. The position requires a high school diploma (two years of college preferred), CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience leading teams.
• Experience working with junior high and high school students is valued.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred and may be required.
• Valid California driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care and maintenance of the PL Camp Store, ensuring it is stocked, staffed and cleaned.
• Oversee the proper handling of all store revenue.
• Maintain the retail space as inviting, orderly, and clean for customers.
• Resolve customer service issues professionally and promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PL Administrative Coordinator.
