Job summary

Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks a Summer Staff Fountain and Dining Lead for the Ponderosa Lodge at Mount Hermon, CA.

You will supervise the Fountain and Dining Hall operations, ensure safety, manage serving areas, and contribute to a positive camper experience consistent with our mission. Ideal candidates will have prior retail or customer service experience, two years of college, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid California driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid California driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care and maintenance of the PL Fountain, ensuring it is stocked, staffed and cleaned.
• Oversee the care and maintenance of the PL Dining Hall seating and serving area, ensuring stock and cleanliness.
• Oversee the proper handling of all store revenue.
• Maintain retail spaces as inviting, attractive, orderly, and clean.
• Resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PL Administrative Coordinator.
