Job summary

Girl Scouts River Valleys is seeking energetic summer camp staff to create safe, inclusive experiences for campers in Minnesota. You will assist with outdoor activities, supervise groups, and help deliver high-quality programming.

Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to live on-site, and certified in CPR/First Aid or ready to obtain certification. The role offers on-site housing, meals, and opportunities for staff bonding and professional development.

Qualifications

• Staff must be 18+ or have graduated from high school by the start of the camp season.
• Willing to live on-site in GSRV housing.
• Must be First Aid/CPR certified or be able to obtain this certification.
• Ability to interact well with all age levels and support youth development.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an inclusive camp experience for all campers.
• Support safety, supervision, and engagement during activities.
• Participate in training and certifications offered during staff training.
