Job summary

Camp Timber-lee in Maine is seeking a Retail Associate to rotate between the Camp Store and Acorns Canteen, handling camper mail and serving campers and families with a friendly, expert touch. You will work in a live-in, Christian ministry setting, gain hands-on retail and cash-handling experience, and participate in evening events while contributing to a welcoming camp atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

• A professing Christian with a personal faith
• Able to run a cash drawer and make change accurately
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly, helpful attitude with every guest
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented with money and camper accounts
• Knowledge of Square preferred
• Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs

Summer Schedule

• Staff Training: June 1 – June 12
• Camp Sessions: June 13 – August 7
