Job summary

The YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a Rentals Coordinator to lead the Cleaning Crew and manage inventory and condition reports for department supplies. You will ensure clean, quality rental facilities and collaborate with the Inclusion Program to support youth involvement.

Responsibilities include upholding YMCA values, developing positive youth relationships, and ensuring health and safety across camp areas while coordinating with leadership for program success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior summer camp experience required.
• Coordinator experience required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
• TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cleaning Crew and coordinate with the Senior Program Director.
• Take inventory and prepare condition reports for department supplies.
• Ensure quality conditions for rental facilities and camp areas.
• Collaborate with Inclusion Program for youth helping with cleanliness.
• Follow YMCA philosophy, goals, and safety protocols.
