Job summary

YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a Rentals Coordinator for a seasonal role from January 1, 2027 to July 1, 2027. The coordinator leads the Cleaning Crew and reports to the Senior Program Director, responsible for inventory and condition reports for department supplies, and ensuring quality conditions for rental facilities and camp areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with high school diploma required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• TB test required.
• Prior summer camp experience and coordinator experience required.
• Lifeguard and Bus Driver certifications preferred.

• Be a role model and develop positive meaningful relationships with youth.
• Provide children with opportunities to make new friends and learn new activities.

$450 / Weekly

POSITION DURATION:
January 1st, 2027 to July 1st, 2027

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Rentals Coordinator leads the Cleaning Crew and reports to the Senior Program Director. The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for taking inventory and condition reports for all department related supplies. They will ensure quality conditions for the rental facilities as well as other general camp areas and will work closely with our Inclusion Program for young adults that will assist with cleanliness as well
