Job summary

The YMCA of Honolulu is seeking a Rentals Coordinator to lead the Cleaning Crew and manage inventory and condition reports for department supplies. You will ensure clean, quality rental facilities and collaborate with the Inclusion Program to support youth involvement.

Responsibilities include upholding YMCA values, developing positive youth relationships, and ensuring health and safety across camp areas while coordinating with leadership for program success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior summer camp experience required.
• Coordinator experience required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certified.
• TB test required.

• Take inventory and prepare condition reports for department supplies.
• Ensure quality conditions for rental facilities and camp areas.

PAY RANGE: $450 / Weekly

POSITION DURATION: January 1st, 2027 to July 1st, 2027

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Rentals Coordinator leads the Cleaning Crew and reports to the Senior Program Director. The Rentals Coordinator is responsible for taking inventory and condition reports for all department related supplies. They will ensure quality conditions for the rental facilities as well as other general camp areas and will work closely with our Inclusion Program for young adults that will assist with cleanliness as well

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

• Provide children with the opportunities to make new friends and learn new activities.
• Be concerned with camper development & growth.
• Be aware of health and safety concerns.
