Pine Cove is seeking a seasonal Registration Assistant for May through August in Texas. You will manage on-site registration, housing assignments, and communications for campers and groups, delivering warm, service-oriented support with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, and a readiness to adapt to a fast-paced camp environment while upholding Pine Cove policies and values.

Formación

• Agree with Pine Cove Faith Statement and policies.
• Comply with all laws and staff policies during employment.
• Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
• 1+ year of camping or customer-service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the registration, communication, and housing for Camps and Conferences.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Maintain and manage an accurate database.
• Assist with follow-up calls to campers as part of the registration loop.
• Other tasks as directed.
