The staff members play a crucial role in facilitating a variety of activities, ensuring the well-being of campers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. By engaging with campers, promoting teamwork, and adhering to safety guidelines, providing spiritual development, social direction, and educational reinforcement while at the same time utilizing recreational activities.
