Job Description: We seek a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to supervise campers during swim time, ensure safety, and respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor campers in and around the pool area
• Enforce pool safety rules and camp policies
• Respond promptly to emergencies with appropriate rescue or first aid
• Conduct safety checks of the pool and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with camp staff to ensure camper supervision

Qualifications:

• Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Prior Lifeguarding experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with children
• Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
