Camp is seeking a Housekeeping Associate for a live-in summer role to prep cabins and guest rooms, maintain clean public spaces, and support the camp team. The position emphasizes a caring, Christian environment and meaningful, hands-on work that makes campers feel at home.

You will live on-site, participate in after-hours activities, and support camp operations during a busy summer season. Prioritize reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prep and clean cabins, guest rooms, and restrooms.
• Help with camper and staff move-in by handling luggage.
• Keep public spaces clean and up to camp standards.
• Assist with seasonal cabin changeovers.

• Assist with camper arrival and departure on weekends.
• Participate in camp activities planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, primarily after dinner hours.
• Flex into other roles and temporary assignments as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials and equipment and carry or move them up to 300 yards
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors and in non-air-conditioned buildings in hot and humid conditions

Summer Schedule

• Staff Training: June 1 – June 12
• Camp Sessions: June 13 – August 7
