iD Tech is seeking a Summer Camp Director to lead our camps at top universities across the country. You will oversee daily operations, mentor your team, and serve as the main liaison between students, parents, and university partners.

This role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging environment where creativity in technology thrives. Ideal candidates have managerial experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for inspiring youth in tech education.

Competenze

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background in working with kids and teens (summer camp experience is a plus).
• Enthusiasm for learning and inspiring others.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
