Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking energetic team members for a seasonal role in Princeton, NJ. You will lead the youngest campers (ages 4-5), using provided resources to structure the day and support a small team of staff, ensuring every child’s basic needs are met.

The position emphasizes self-directed play and a caring, inclusive atmosphere. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, 2 months of relevant experience, and First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• 2 months minimum experience with campers (1 year preferred)
• First Aid & CPR certified before Day 1 (may vary by location)
• You may be asked to chaperone field trips or other activities

Responsibilities

• Lead the youngest campers (ages 4-5) with self-direction and support from S&K resources.
• Implement and manage camp-day structure under guidance of supervisors.
• Manage a small team of support staff and ensure baseline needs are met.
• Engage with campers, staff, and parents to foster a caring, inclusive environment
