Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to lead children aged 3–12 through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, weekly field trips, gym games and more; the role weaves nutrition education with safety and fun.

You will manage up to 10 campers, model a positive, outgoing attitude, and act as a role model while ensuring a safe and engaging camp environment. Certification, first aid, and CPR/AED are required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of camp experience.
• First Aid within 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities and maintains a safe environment.
• Leads up to 10 campers aged 3-12 with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality and professionalism.
• Maintains camp cleanliness and safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow department budget.
