Job summary

Camp All-American in Georgia is seeking seasonal camp staff to support a Christ-centered program. You will supervise campers, lead activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment during all camp hours.

The role requires 18+ and successful background screening; training and attendance at Morning Meetings and Discipleship Groups are part of the job. You will collaborate with the team to model faith, safety, and positive leadership.

Qualifications

• Successful background screening and pre-employment checks are required.
• Must be available for required training and assigned camp dates.
• Ability to supervise indoor and outdoor activities for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Position Type: Seasonal / Temporary

Purpose: To support the mission of Camp All-American by creating extraordinary environments that are safe, fun, and Christ-centered experiences.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Walk with Jesus daily. Committed to personal worship and corporate worship.
• Fully embrace the 5 Critical Moves of Camp All-American: Excellent Ambassador, Engaged All Day, Focus on Facilitation, Gospel Throughout, and Holistically Safe.
• Provide active and attentive supervision of campers and maintain a safe, positive, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment.
• Lead and participate in camp activities, games, and daily transitions.
• Follow camp safety, child protection, and emergency procedures and promptly report safety concerns, suspected child abuse or neglect, incidents, injuries, and significant disciplinary concerns in accordance with Camp All-American policies and applicable law.
• Complete required Staff Training.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and participate in all required Morning Meetings, Community Nights, Discipleship Groups, scheduled camp hours, and assigned early and late camp shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to follow directions.
• Communicates clearly and respectfully and works effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and serves as a positive role model.
• Demonstrates the ability and willingness to lead, encourage, and actively engage with children.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older before the first day of employment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required background screening and other applicable pre-employment requirements.
• Must be available for required training and assigned camp dates and hours.
• Able to supervise and participate in indoor and outdoor camp activities for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comply with Camp All-American and Perimeter Church policies, procedures, child protection requirements, and standards of conduct.
