DEAN Adventure Camps, LLC. seeks an Assistant Site Director of Operations, Logistics & Behavioral Support for a full‑time, on‑site seasonal role at our PA camp. You’ll partner with the Site Director to manage daily logistics, supplies, and camp safety during the June 14th – August 20th season.

Qualifications

• 2 years of summer camp leadership or related youth program experience.
• Experience mentoring peers and managing a team of 40+.
• Familiar with Airtable, Slack, and Camp Brain scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, supplies, and site setup/breakdown.
• Draft family updates and respond to parent inquiries.
• Coach 40+ seasonal staff, de‑escalate camper incidents with empathy.
• Model calm leadership and enforce behavioral expectations.
• Maintain logs and support camper needs with timely communication.
