Job summary

Amca in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Business Operations Intern for Summer 2027 to help move our pipeline, support business development, track opportunities, and execute growth. This fast-paced role offers high ownership and collaboration with program management, engineering, and production teams.

You must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business/related fields with strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking skills. Experience in defense/aerospace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program.
• Background or coursework in Business, Finance, Political Science, Law, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and pipeline management, including opportunity identification and bid preparation.
• Track and manage active opportunities across target markets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for pursuing new business.
• Assist with research and analysis to support decisions.
• Maintain records of pipeline activity, bids, and outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements to speed and quality of workflows.
