Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad student in business/economics/communications or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer, partner, and commercial activities.
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, opportunities, and contracts.
• Support internal reviews to move opportunities forward.
• Prepare presentations and briefing documents for meetings.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and commitments across projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations for proposals.
• Improve internal processes and documentation.
• Plan customer visits, industry conferences, and strategic meetings.
• Handle other operational tasks to improve efficiency.
