JLL is seeking a Capital Markets Intern in Dallas to gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced real estate investment team. You will work alongside analysts on research, writing, and market analysis to contribute to investment and acquisition activities.

The internship emphasizes market research, lease analysis, due diligence, and the creation of marketing materials, with opportunities to collaborate across the team and interact with clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree, graduating Summer 2028.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market research by analyzing market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in the due diligence process for transactions.
• Help design and prepare marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and other graphics.
• Provide general assistance to the team, including gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
