Qualifications

• Pursuing a related degree in business analysis or information systems.
• Strong listening and documentation skills.
• Ability to organize ambiguous information into clear docs.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Interest in insurance, healthcare, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow stakeholders to map current-state workflows.
• Document processes with flow diagrams, tables, and narratives.
• Assist Product Board preparation and project scoping.
