Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engagement leaders, seniors, and managers on client engagements across multiple industries.
• Build foundational assurance skills through planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting.
• Support special projects and department-wide initiatives.
• Communicate with clients and teams to keep engagements on track and ensure timely deliverables.
• Engage in on-site client work by traveling to client locations as a valued team member.
• Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the firm.
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from seniors and managers.
• Participate in networking events and activities to strengthen professional connections.
• Work with a performance manager to set career goals and receive mentorship.
• Learn from a buddy who provides guidance and support from day one
