Qualifications

• Current architecture student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
• A digital portfolio showcasing your academic or previous design work.

Responsibilities

• Be part of active design projects in higher education, federal, and commercial markets.
• Support architects with design development, drawings, and technical documentation using Revit.
• Create 2D/3D presentation drawings and help solve design challenges.
• Collaborate in a studio environment and learn every step of the architecture process.
• Get personalized mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Take part in interdisciplinary exposure, firm-wide events, and hands-on learning.
• Other tasks as needed to support the team.
