Job summary

Citizens Bank is offering a 10-week Summer Analyst internship in Sales & Trading and Equity Research in Boston, MA. Interns will rotate between teams, assisting on trading activities, research tasks, and client communication while gaining hands-on exposure to equity markets.

Successful candidates will complete a video assessment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and have finance-related coursework or experience. This role requires U.S. work authorization and is paid at $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Video interview assessment to be completed within 4 days of link delivery.
• Undergrad students graduating Winter 2027–Spring 2028 or grad students graduating Winter 2027–Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.2; preferred GPA 3.5; include GPA on resume.
• Finance, Accounting or Economics background preferred; all majors considered.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between Equity Sales & Trading and Equity Research, split time across teams.
• Support trading desk activities and prepare trading-related reports and presentations.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly equity research processes and data maintenance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders; participate in daily morning call observations.
• Gain exposure to financial analysis and industry research tasks.
