Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing credit applications and related materials for risk approval.
• Conduct industry and competitive analyses; assess risk factors for transactions.
• Build and review financial models using Argus and internal tools under guidance.
• Analyze client information including cash flow projections and historical data.
• Support monitoring of credit exposures and preparation of annual reviews and reports.
• Assist in reviewing legal documentation and obtaining credit approvals.
• Participate in client visits and bank meetings.
• Coordinate with bank departments on servicing and credit authorizations.
