Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing credit applications and related materials for credit risk approval.
• Conduct industry analysis and competitive analysis; assess risk factors for transactions.
• Build and review financial models using Argus and internal tools under senior guidance.
• Analyze and condense historical, financial, and client information, including cash flow projections.
• Support monitoring of credit exposures and preparation of Annual Reviews and credit reports.
• Assist in reviewing legal documentation with the legal department and obtaining credit approval.
• Participate in client visits and bank meetings.
• Support ongoing review of portfolio names for operating performance and covenant compliance.
