Responsibilities

Prepare credit applications and related materials for approval.
Perform industry and competitive analyses; assess risk factors.
Build and review financial models using Argus and internal tools.
Analyze client information and cash flow projections.
Monitor credit exposures and prepare Annual Reviews.
Review legal documents with the legal team and obtain approvals.
Participate in client visits and bank meetings.
Assist in portfolio review for operating performance and covenants.
Coordinate with bank departments on account servicing and credit authorizations.
