Job summary

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) invites undergraduates to join its 10-week Investment Management Summer Sales Program in North America. The role blends training with hands-on work within an intermediary distribution team, offering real project work and exposure to MSIM/Eaton Vance products and the financial industry.

Earn base pay of $36.06/hour at start, with additional compensation possibilities.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
Strong academic record
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Gain a thorough understanding of the IM space and the full range of products and services available to MSIM clients
Receive on-the-job training and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects
Attend regular product trainings and update meetings with sales teams to become familiar with MSIM/Eaton Vance products/services and the financial industry as a whole
Research industry and firm trends to uncover areas of sales opportunity; present findings to Senior Management
Assist with conference planning and delivery of conference material
