JM Family is offering the College Internship Program designed to give students meaningful work that ties to their studies. As an Emerging Technology Intern, you will support AI proof-of-concept efforts and technology adoption across the SETF environment, blending business insight with technical curiosity.

You will collaborate with business teams on process improvements, write and review Knowledge Articles, and participate in learning opportunities, networking events, and culture of our core

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other degree‑seeking program at an accredited college or university.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with supported business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology, including AI.
• Help write, review, validate, and retire SC Knowledge Articles in support of AI proof‑of‑concept efforts.
• Serve as a change advocate by helping socialize the positive aspects of technology and process changes within the SETF environment.
• Support efforts to build understanding and adoption of emerging technologies across varying levels of technology knowledge.
• Apply an understanding of customer service and business goals to help identify opportunities where technology can streamline processes.
• Contribute to the team’s broader strategy and implementation efforts related to AI and other emerging agentic technologies.
