Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, CS, Data Science, IS, IE, Manufacturing).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to document and present findings clearly.
• Interest in manufacturing processes, digital transformation, and AI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Python/SQL/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and automate tasks.
• Support process automation, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Help build automated shift passdowns and reporting tools for better communication.
• Develop tools to aid root-cause analysis and 5-Why investigations.
• Assist with safety programs, near-miss tracking, and 5S assessments.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and process-improvement projects.
