Job summary

Embassy Summer is seeking an energetic Activity Leader to deliver a dynamic programme for students during summer 2026. You will lead onsite activities and supervise excursions, ensuring safety, positive behaviour, and engaging learning through sport, drama, and culture.

Residential and non-residential roles are available, with a 40-hour week, six days on, one day off. Accommodation and meals provided, along with a competitive weekly salary; full training and safeguarding duties are included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to motivate and engage students across activities.
• Experience in customer-facing environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise activities and trips for students.
• Ensure activities meet high health and safety standards.
• Promote student welfare and positive behaviour.
• Deliver engaging and well-organised excursions.
• Assist with day-to-day duties as directed by management.
