Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Base knowledge of accounting from coursework or experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities.
• Prior internship or work experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Journal entries: Assist with preparing and posting journal entries.
• Month-end support: Support month-end and year-end close activities and learn how financial information is reviewed and finalized.
• Reconciliations: Assist with bank statement and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Financial records: Help maintain and update accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• AP/AR: Gain exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and transaction processing.

Accounting Team

Our accounting team contributes directly to project success by providing the concrete data and facts needed to make informed decisions. The team supports standardized accounting and reporting, project pro formas, and customized analytics that help evaluate project opportunities, costs, and value creation.

How You'll Spend Your Time Here

This is a paid summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in accounting. Interns will receive training and exposure across core accounting activities, including:

• Journal Entries: Assist with preparing and posting journal entries.
• Month-End Support: Support month-end and year-end close activities and learn how financial information is reviewed and finalized.
