Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or degree program.
Major in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics, Data/Analytics, or Supply Chain.
Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze dealer performance and accessory sales to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Conduct research on dealer opportunities and best practices to improve profitability.
Research automotive accessory trends and competitor programs.
Develop recommendations to support future business growth in accessories.
Partner with Accessories Sales and other teams on strategic initiatives.
Develop reports, presentations, tools communicating performance and insights.
Complete a meaningful summer project and present findings to the Accessories team.
