JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is offering a Summer Internship Program for a Sales Reporting & Analysis Intern.

The role supports reporting and field enablement initiatives within Finance & Insurance, contributing to projects and management reporting while gaining hands‑on experience in JM Family’s culture and core values. The internship runs May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027, with full‑time hours and flexible arrangements based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree‑seeking program in a relevant field.
• Relevant fields include Business Data/Analytics, MIS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration/Management, or Economics.
• Experience with AI and HTML reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support field enablement tools and related reporting initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting.
• Categorize and label reporting content to support chat-based natural language selection.
• Contribute to efforts that provide additional support and resources for the field team.
• Help advance reporting initiatives designed to reduce administrative tasks for the field team.

The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program ( May 24th, 2027 - July 30th, 2027 ).

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands‑on experience, and contributing to various department initiatives. As a Sales Reporting & Analysis Intern , you will contribute to reporting and field enablement initiatives that support JM&A’s goal of leading the future of Finance & Insurance (F&I). Your work will help identify opportunities to improve reporting and provide greater support to the field team, with a focus on reducing administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements depending on the business need.
• The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree‑seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field. Candidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Relevant fields of study may include Business Data/Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration/Management, or Economics.
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred.
• Experience with HTML reporting is preferred.
