Job summary

Activision Blizzard is offering a 12-week summer internship in User Research Data Analytics, starting mid May or mid June in the United States. The program provides in-person work, relocation options, and a living stipend to help cover housing and commuting costs.

Candidates should be pursuing a master’s or PhD and graduate between December 2027 and June 2028, with strong SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's or PhD and graduating 2027–2028.
• Able to participate in a 12-week internship starting mid-May or mid-June.
• Resides in the US or willing to relocate to the US.
• Learns quickly and communicates problems, solutions, and priorities effectively.
• Works well in teams and contributes to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with User Research leads to translate play test data into insights.
• Query and summarize play test datasets using SQL across events and identifiers.
• Build interactive visualizations and dashboards using JavaScript and Apache ECharts.
• Communicate findings clearly and support data-driven design decisions.
• Help improve reusable queries, metrics, and visualization workflows.
